DO I NEED TO GET A PERMIT FOR A STAY MORE THAN NINETY DAYS IN SWEDEN?

• If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA or Sweden and want to stay in Sweden for more than ninety days, you will need a residence permit.

• You must apply for and receive a permit before traveling to Sweden.

• If you are issued a residence permit card, you must carry the card with you when traveling to Sweden and present it to the border police when asked.
